How you articulate your vison impacts your access to venture capital and funders and your relationship with your bank, employees, customers and prospects. This seminar helps you to get a clear picture of your vision for your future and to develop the framework to articulate it clearly to your team and outside supporters.
  • Governance: The Sticky Wicket for Boards of Directors - Maximizing the talents of the Board of Directors has always been a challenge for organizations.
