Reasons for Using a Coach

Judy Whalen Have you ever wanted someone to help guide you as you launch a new endeavor?

Would you like someone to brainstorm with you when you are tackling a new idea or addressing a difficult issue?

Could you benefit from accessing someone’s experience in launching or building a business?

Do you want to grow in new directions, but don’t know which way to go?

Is there something holding you back and you just can’t get past it?

Are you in the midst of change and want some stability and support?

Do you want someone to hold you accountable for
progress of lack of progress towards your goals?

Successful People Invest in Themselves

As a business and life coach, my role is to help you or your team move toward your desired goals and future by:

  • expanding your awareness, and
  • your ability to solve problems.
I do this helping you leverage your talents to do/be/have something MUCH faster than you could do alone.

A coaching session can be scheduled to fit your schedule.  It can be held by phone once a month, every other week, or weekly. Or in some cases, a single brainstorming session may be all you desire.  A package of six sessions is the most popular choice.  This provides time during the first session to identify the area(s) you want to focus on.  In sessions two and three, we begin to explore the areas through strategic thinking.  In session four, we draft the beginnings of an action plan.  In session five, we refine it and you report on actions already taken.  In session six, you do a report out of the progress made in following your action plan.  At this time you have the choice of scheduling one FREE session to continue to update me on your progress and determine if you have achieved your goal.
